Advanced Placement Track Radiography Program’s Mission Statement It is the mission of our program to graduate students with the entry-level employment skills required of a Radiologic Technologist. Students will graduate to be successful radiographers who can safely and competently perform radiographic exams as specified by ARRT guidelines.

Pre-Extern Requirements Immunization Records Immunization Records Background Check Drug Screen Signed Forms CPR Photo Current TB Test No older than 1 year Proof of 2 MMR Vaccinations or current titer You cannot begin until you have submitted all required documents Proof of 3 Hep B Vaccinations or current titer (No waivers) Proof of Varicella Vaccinations or titer Discuss the pre-extern items required of students prior to beginning extern: Current TB test (not older than 1 yr) Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or current titer Proof of 3 Hep B vaccinations or current titer or waiver Proof of Varicella vaccination or titer or immunity letter signed by physician Tdap Vaccination Annual Influenza Vaccination
