Report writing (Chipmunks) By Juliet

1. 3 facts I learnt about chipmunks 1. I learnt that they have black and white stripes down their backs 2nd thing I learnt was that chipmunks have big and stretchy cheeks to carry food back to their home. 3rd thing I learnt was that they dig long tunnels underground and at the end of it there is a bed of dried leaves and grass.

2. When do chipmunks make a chip-chip or chuck-chuck sound? Chipmunks make a chip-chip or chuck-chuck sound when they get nervous.

3. Can you find a picture of a chipmunk?

4. Three extra interesting facts A single chipmunk can store up to 8 pounds of food in a burrow. A baby chipmunk is called a pup. Pups are hairless, blind, pink creatures the size of a jelly bean.
