Forbairt 2016/2017 Project Title: “Identifying best practice to enhance learner experiences in their transition from Primary to Post-Primary” Research informed by experts of this transition-First Year students Implementation of ‘station teaching’ (form of team teaching) Listening to our students led to a significant change in allocation of resources and promoted collaborative practice among teaching staff Tokenistic listening V Authentic listening
