Industrial Revolution was a time period in which technology, travel and trade expanded rapidly. Various inventors changed the way that Americans lived their daily lives…

The Industrial Revolution Beginning in Great Britain, the Industrial Revolution changed the way that Americans made and received products as well as how Americans travelled and communicated with each other across the country. Goods that were traditionally made by hand like clothing, food/drinks were now being manufactured by large- scale machinery.

When you think about the word INVENTOR what words come to mind?

Important Inventors Samuel Morse John Deere Cyrus McCormick Alexander Graham Bell James Watt Robert Fulton Eli Whitney The Wright Brothers Thomas Edison Henry Ford

Samuel Morse Invented the telegraph which made communication easier. The telegraph is like a text message. The text message is in Morse Code, a code which the receiver can “translate” into full messages.

John Deere Invented the steel plow which made farming easier.

EXPLAIN… Why would the invention of the steel plow make farming easier? Who was doing the work?
