Builder/Rater eTrack Training 2015 CenterPoint Energy New Homes Program

Login to Sponsor Portal Database Link- https://centerpoint.anbetrack.com/etrackcnp/LoginPage.aspx

Step-1 Create Sites From the Project menu, Select Site List. Site – My Open Site page is displayed.

Step1-Create Sites (Builder/Rater) 2 3 4 5 6 7 Click Add icon. Select New Construction. Select Program as ENERGY STAR New Home. Select Application if Application is not Auto-populated. Select Search By as Address. Provide Street name under Address. Click Search. A popup will appear.

Step1-Create Sites (Builder/Rater) 2 Select Address. Click Add.

Step-1 Sites – General Tab Provide Values in all Mandatory fields. Click Save. 3

Site is Created Now the Site is created and is in New Status.

Step-1 Add Measures to Site 2 Navigate to Measures Tab. Click Add icon.

Step-1 Add Measures to Site 2 3 Select New Home measure from measure name drop down. Click Include. Click Save and Show.

Step-1 Site – Team Tab 1 2 3 4 5 Navigate to Team tab. Click Add icon. Add Team popup will appear. Select Applicable service (Rater or HVAC Contractor) Select Organization. Click Add.

Step-1 Add Comments, If Required 2 1 3 Follow the below steps to add a comment: Click Add Icon. The Add Comment popup is displayed. Provide your Comment (You can enter “N/A” if you have no comment) Click Save.
