Biology of Blood and Marrow Transplantation Interim Analysis of an Observational Study Assessing T Cell Receptor Diversity As an Early Predictor of NRM in Cord Blood Transplant Recipients  Rachel B. Salit, MD, Ryan Emerson, PhD, Chatchada Karanes, MD, Jonathan A. Gutman, Sarah Nikiforow, MD PhD, Christine Duncan, MD, Joanne Kurtzberg, MD, Harlan Robins, PhD, Mark Rieder, Colleen Delaney, MD, MSc  Biology of Blood and Marrow Transplantation  Volume 22, Issue 3, (March 2016) DOI: 10.1016/j.bbmt.2015.11.326 Copyright © 2016 Terms and Conditions

Figure 1 NRM-free survival analysis of 79 patients with day 56 sample and outcome data. The graph shows the NMR-free survival as a function of time for the top patients in the top quartile of TCR diversity at day 56 (n=19, 5 events) vs. patients in all other quartiles (n=60, 4 events). This difference is statistically significant (p=0.015) by the Wald test comparing NRM-free survival with log (TCR diversity)) at 56 days post-transplant.
