I am a CPA and I use this program for both my practice's books and for managing my clients' books. The program is fine. Truthfully I don't notice any difference between this version and the ones from year's past. It does its job. I rated this 5 stars because purchasing from Amazon was super easy. Once the purchase was made I downloaded the program directly to my computer. There was no waiting for discs to be mailed. It was ready to use right then. I enjoyed the convenience of purchasing this way. Downloaded and installed without any issues. Because I was upgrading from QuickBooks 7, I should have realized I was going to have issues loading my company. I ended up calling Intuit's tech support and letting the rep take control of my computer. She downloaded QuickBooks 11 for me and loaded my company onto that, then from there, she was able to load it into the QuickBooks I still had issues in that it would not let me change my password, so I called back again and the rep ended up having me send my data to whatever department checks it to make sure it's not corrupted. They sent it back to me and I still had issues with the password thing, so I had to call back. They determined that there is a conflict with AVG, which I use for virus protection, so I had to turn the AVG off while I changed the password, and then I could turn it right back on. I do think the password thing is somewhat of a nuisance since you need to change it every ninety days or so and I didn't need a password for QuickBooks 7, but other than that I love it.
