1 Notebook Entry Question: Describe 2 examples of things you think are science. 9/5/18 What is Science? 1. 2.

Science Spiral Notebook Number the first 20 pages in the upper right hand corner of each page. Use all the space on a page before going to the back of a page. Use the front AND back of each page. Date every entry!!!!!

Challenge Create a smaller version of the secret cylinder that will work the same as the large cylinder. Discuss ideas with your partner & then decide on one design. Draw your design plan in your spiral notebook. Be sure to show how you think it will look inside the tube. Raise your hand to show Mrs. Burke your design and then you will able to get a cardboard tube and one piece of string. Begin building!

What did we learn? What is a difficulty you had with this challenge? What is a success you had with this challenge? One of you may take the secret cylinder if you want it. If not please put it back in the cupboard.
