NHD PRESENTS Your topic this year will be on a debate or a diplomatic event. National History Day Website http://www.nhd.org A debate is defined as an argument, dispute, or deliberation. A diplomatic event is defined as international affairs.

Once you get a general idea about your topic you will move from reference material that speaks generally about your topic to materials with more specific information. This source had many primary source documents which led me to further my investigation of my topic. The book finishes with how our world is impacted today because of the ground work of our founding fathers. *For each source card, make one of your note cards an annotated note card.
