Improvements in station installations session (input from Emma, Pedro, Chuck) Site Installation #1 Camera (or frequent) time-tagged photos giving details on site environment (ground, sky, antenna), preferably connected to the Internet. Better site metadata (particularly information on depth to bedrock and bracing depth. Follow current IGS Site log and perhaps augment with EarthScope PBO specs and place more emphasis on installation staff filling in these fields in the install log.

Site Installation #2 Supersite Footprint. More than one monument at a site to check for site-specific motions and to ensure continuity with new GNSS. A few experimental sites (control network) to learn about impact of equipment changes (preferably distributed on a global scale). Accuracy matters, precision (leaving things alone) is not enough for mm-geodesy.
