This template is in final format A0 (0.841 × 1.189 m). To print the result in format A4 or A3: (i) select «Print», (ii) the required printer, (iii) choose the correct orientation and paper size, (iv) check the scale to fit option in the print dialogue box, done. The final posters need to be printed in format A0 or 0.80 × 1.20 m. For any other special questions, please write to: iswim@free.fr Text shall be written in typeface Tahoma or Arial, headers in size 66 pts and left-aligned, and content in 36 pts justified. Do neither modify the height of the headings frame, nor change the size of the content frame. The text must be clear and concise. Please, leave enough space around the title, text, figures and legends. Methods Illustrations and figures CHART or FIGURE Posters should be submitted both in PPT, PPTX or OD and in PDF format, in English by December 15, 2018. If the file exceeds 10Mb, please use a file transfer system. The notification will be done by mid-January 2019. The presenting author must register to the conference by February 15. The final version of the poster is due by February 28. At least one third of the total surface shall be occupied by pictures, diagrams, charts, sketches… Captions shall be placed under the illustrations, in bold, left- aligned, 32 pts. The text inside the figures shall be at least 24 pts. The pictures shall be in high definition and easily readable. All units must be in S.I. Pictures shall be free of rights. CHART or FIGURE Figure caption Header and footer Figure caption The header text should be in typeface Tahoma or Arial. Size of characters in the title is 80 pts, the authors’ names and affiliation 48 pts and the email address of the corresponding author 36 pts italic. The presenting author’s name should be underlined. If the title is longer than two lines or if there are more than three authors, reduce the size of all the elements of the title proportionally. The ISWIM logo and the conference title and venue shall neither be removed nor modified (size). The affiliation logo(s) should be inserted in a box of 0.11 × 0.16 m. The footer with organisers’ logos shall not be modified. Conclusions This is a poster in the recommended 2-column layout. You can also decide to use one single column if appropriate. But a total of three columns is not advised. By submitting a poster, a transfer of Copyright is done by the authors to ISWIM to allow its publication on the USB stick to be delivered to the conference participants in PDF version, and for a future publication on the ISWIM website.
