Equipment Qualifications Measure Minimum Qualification Furnace 95% AFUE / 97% AFUE Boiler 90% AFUE Combination Heat and Hot Water 90% AFUE if Combi Unit. If Individual measures - follow each unit shown Power Vent WH <=55 gallons & Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) 0.64, or greater OR >55 gallons & Thermal Efficiency - TE 90% Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) 0.85, or greater Tankless WH <2 gallons & Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) 0.81, or greater Air Conditioning* *Must be paired with qualifying Gas equipment SEER 18, EER 13 (i.e. combined compressor, coil, and air handler if applicable) SEER 16, EER 13 (i.e. combined compressor, coil, and air handler if applicable) Mini-Split SEER 20, EER 12.5 system efficiency (i.e. combined outdoor and indoor units)
