Presentation transcript:

¿Qué quieres? Dibuja en el plato. Escribe las palabras. un zumo un perrito caliente una fruta Pupils are given a paper plate and asked to draw and label the 3-4 items that they want to eat and drink. Then they get into groups of four and sit around a table. Three pupils will be ordering and one will be the waiter. The waiter takes the plates away (behind the scenes). The pupils role play the dialogue, each responds to the waiter’s ‘Que quieres’ by saying what s/he wants. The waiter notes down who wants what and then goes away to get the plates. When s/he returns he presents the correct plate of food to each person, saying ‘Aqui tienes’ and the person responds ‘Gracias’ which gets a ‘De nada’ from the waiter. Pupils have time to practise their dialogues and then each one can be video-recorded. Pupils will be speaking from memory throughout now. unas patatas fritas
