I have been a career counselor for many years, conducted many pre-separation briefs, as well as utilized this program to obtain my four degrees. Manages education programs and services to help military members gain knowledge to complete education credentials and college degree programs, advance in their military career, and successfully transition into the civilian workforce. The Defense Human Resource Activity (DHRA) component responsible for managing education programs and services, such as Defense Voluntary Education (VolEd), helping military members gain knowledge to complete education credentials and college degree programs, advance in their military career, and successfully transition into the civilian workforce.

As you can see here, as soon as you access the DANTES website, the homepage will show you the resources available. If you roll your cursor over the Financial Assistance tab, you will see a Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Education Benefits link. This will then take you to the page being displayed.
