LO: To revise the medical pioneers that will appear in the exam. Revision: Key Figures LO: To revise the medical pioneers that will appear in the exam.

Starter Think of as many medical pioneers as you can remember. Write their names in your book as a list or a spider diagram. See if you can remember what they were famous for.

Chronology In this module it is important that you have a firm grasp of the order in which things happen. So, for example, you should now that the Renaissance is before the Industrial Revolution. A good way to remember the right order is to do a timeline with the periods and the key figures in the correct places.
