Succession Planning Goal - Recruit, develop and retain high potential board members Board Members Total Board Members: 26 New Members: Emily, Jorie, Wonil, Irina New Provisional Members: Brian, David, Fred Students: 2, both of which have graduated Young Professionals: Over a half dozen Beginning to have depth at all positions This has been the key to our success and we need to continue to seek out high potential, quality board members

Programs - High Quality Events Focused on developing the programs team Revenue: Exceeded goal (LY $38k TY $43k) Attendance: Increased Student and YP attendance Overall attendance flat to prior year Quality scores remained very high We need to continue to focus on diverse program content, event attendance and locking in events as soon as possible

Treasurer Budgetary plan – reviewed monthly “The plan is the plan” – we achieve the plan Dramatically exceeded prior year’s results despite higher scholarships, etc. 2014 - $10k 2015 - $23k 2016 - $33k

Hospitality Goal - Create the right environment Networked with attendees to increase sponsorships, attendance, board membership, YP involvement We need to continue to create the right environment – personal touch

Membership Created a tool to track membership monthly Increased membership by 9.4% - Currently 336 members Tasked team to manage large amount of sponsorships Created Campus Liaisons and expended the number of schools we interact with We need to maintain / increase focus on our relationships with campuses and accelerate our awarding of sponsorships

Education & Scholarships Changed our approach to scholarships Increased our interactions with students Continued our relationship with ITEP Developed Job Board We need to fully realize the potential of the job board and also continue to find ways to strengthen our relationships with students

Leadership Forum We continue to be viewed as one of the top RTs in the world We are mentoring other RT Presidents Asked to speak at Presidential Summit ( 2 years in a row) Hosting 2016 Leadership Forum and Presidential Summit
