The Mix: Safe & secure housing- A home is more than a house, but a life-long house, is a great start. A supportive home life- High quality care support to keep them moving in the right direction and foster success. High quality activities- A fulfilling day program, and planned community activities, to nurture their best qualities. LU is offering housing and oversight of in-home care services, day program and other third parties provided services . www.living-unlimited.org

The LU Concept: Families have equity in property owning company Property purchased by limited liability company (LLC), owned by families. LU is managing partner. LLC rents rooms to Residents, Home Companions and occasionally others. (Rent levels set for SSI/SSDI affordability.) Rents pay operational expenses- mortgage, property maintenance, improvements, and a full time Community Manager. Parents select independent companies to provide support and programming for Residents. Community Manager monitors deliver of support services to ensure that Residents receive the services they are entitled, maintains property, provides enrichment activities. www.living-unlimited.org
