Pravni okvir Zakon o osiguravanju kvalitete u znanosti i visokom obrazovanju (NN 44/09) Čl. 2  Unutarnji sustav osiguravanja i unapređivanja kvalitete  Glava III. čl. 18 (5) Unutarnji sustav osiguravanja i unapređivanja kvalitete uređuje svojim općim aktom svaka ustanova u sustavu znanosti i visokog obrazovanja. (6) Unutarnji sustav za osiguravanje i unapređivanje kvalitete sastavnica sveučilišta dio je jedinstvenog sustava osiguravanja i unapređivanja kvalitete pri sveučilištima.

CroQANet Misija Promovirati suradnju/umrežavanje među kolegama koji se bave osiguravanjem kvalitete na visokim učilištima Potpora jačanju kapaciteta zaposlenika koji su QA officers, IR officers Obrazovni resurs Dobrobit zaposleniku i visokom učilištu Obavještavanje članova mreže o raspravama i politikama koje imaju utjecaj na njihov razvoj Promovirati donošenje odluka utemeljenih na podacima/dokazima, analizama Promovirati principe i vrijednost sustavne brige o kvaliteti i njezinu unapređenju
