Logging In SIGN IN Select Sign In/Up on the home page Input your username and password and select the Sign In button SIGN IN
Select your profile name on the top bar to open My Profile Go to My School to open The Schools Portal
My Incomplete Forms You have the ability to save a webform before it has been completed To access these forms you need to go to your profile and select My Incomplete Forms All incomplete forms will be displayed as shown You can continue the form by selecting Resume or abandon the form by clicking Delete
Uploading a document To upload your documents click on Select File click on the document you would like to upload and select Open
Healthy Learning, Healthy Lives – KS0 Upon loading the form you will be brought to the Summary page as shown You can start any of the pages by clicking on the page link The form will also display your progress through each section This will be shown as Not Started, Part Complete and Completed You can also save your form at any time by clicking Save for Later
All pages will have the following layout The setting must follow these guidelines You must upload the following documentation as a .zip file To upload your documents click here You can add anything additional you may want to make us aware of in this box You need to change the Current Status to Completed on all pages before you can submit the form
If you part save midway through the webform it will retain all previously input information and attachments You will know if a file has been uploaded as it will say file uploaded next to the upload button
If you have failed to update the status to Completed on all of the pages the following will be displayed if you select Ready to submit on the Summary page You can then go back and complete the form or Save the form and complete it at a later time If you have updated the status to Completed on all of the pages the following will be displayed if you select Ready to submit You will then need to read the HLHL Security Statement and select if you agree to the use of the data provided You then need to tick to confirm the application is ready for inspect and click Submit
Once you submitted your form you will be given a reference number and will be able to track your case via our Track it function If a case is returned to you due to further information being required you can also make changes to the form using the track it function
Healthy Learning, Healthy Lives – KS1-4 Upon loading the form you will be brought to the Summary page as shown Each function works identically to the KS0 form
Most pages will have the following display These pages will work identically to the KS0 form
On the Have a named emotional health and well-being lead page there is no upload box For this page you only need to type the Name of emotional health and well-being lead into the text box

Once you submitted your form you will be given a reference number and will be able to track your case and make changes as you would with the KS0 form
Update an existing webform You can update a webform that has been submitted and returned to you by going to Track it This will show all cases you have raised previously under the account You need to click on the reference number for the case that you would like to make changes to
Once you have clicked on the reference number the case details will open Click on the form title and the eForm will reopen on the Summary page You can then make changes as necessary to the eForm and then resubmit
