Extra credit #1 – swim lane 5 points towards exam#1 Swim Lane Diagram of a real business process Find a professional & knowledgeable person who will describe the process for you during an interview Map the process (swim lane diagram) Have the diagram signed by the professional to confirm accuracy Due date : by December 11 (last class)

Extra credit #2 5 points towards exam#2 Find an article related to any topics on our curriculum. Article must bring together business and technology, and relate to one of our key learning objectives. Good places to look for articles are: InfoWeek, ComputerWorld, Business Week, Wall Street Journal, etc. Make sure to include your source. Summarize in one paragraph the key points of the article and why you think it is relevant to this class. Save your work in a word document (one paragraph & link to article) and email to me : by December 11 (last class).
