National Context
Panel Operations and Logistics Panel operations are outlined in the bylaws. The process for amending the bylaws can be found on page 5.
Organizational Structure and Duties Each CRP will operate under a flat structure for all members, supported by an independent, outside facilitator, Big Picture Research and Consulting (BPRAC). Meetings Meetings attendance is mandatory for CRP members. BPRAC, guided by a predetermined agenda, will facilitate each quarterly meeting. Notice of CRP meetings will be emailed to all CRP members at least one month in advance of the meeting. BPRAC will send an agenda the week before the meeting. All members have equal rights and responsibilities. Additional details can be found in the bylaws.
