Presentation transcript:

This is the wonderful view of nature captured in Belgium during my holidays This environment enabled me to enjoy the fresh breath from plants through the concept of Horticultural Therapy (Stevens, 2015) I was so much emotionally attached to this scene in agreement with Stevens (2015) when he asserted that humans would prefer natural environment as opposed to urban environment

This is me carrying my child as we enjoy the nature walk This is an example of Restorative Environment as proffered by Stevens (2015). I was completely energized after this walk-fresh air.

This is the experience of a sunset cruise in the back waters of Kerala-India. This certainly fits with the Ecotherapy concept as stipulated by Stevens (2015) This scenery engaged both my conscious and subconscious minds as asserted by Bishop (2015)

This is me enjoying the walk along the beach This is me enjoying the walk along the beach. This is an example of Green exercise that brings about great feelings as proffered by Stevens (2015) Walking along this beach rejuvenated my creativity and enhanced my body energy especially after yoga

This is me enjoying the calmness of the fresh waters during sunset This is an example of ART theory since I recovered after experiencing this scenery (Stevens, 2015)

This is me and my friends enjoying the nature walk in one of the wonders of the world in Jordan-Petra. Magnificent rocky scenery. This nature walk certainly fits within the ART theory of being away and fascination (Stevens, 2015).

This is me looking at the wonderful mountainous scenery in Jordan. This scenery made me to be attached to the natural world and enhanced my reconnection to my inner self through the concept of Wilderness therapy (Stevens, 2015).

This is me looking trying to feed the giraffe (Kenya-Nairobi) and understand its feelings at the same time. The view of this animal made me feel complete.
