To improve performance… The idea behind disciplinary action is to improve your overall job performance. Inappropriate actions by employees are a bad reflection of our company and may cause consumer’s to frown upon the company. Good word of mouth is the best way to keep job security.
Disciplinary system… Family Care’s disciplinary system may include: Verbal Warnings Written Warning Suspension Dismissal
Facts… Family Care will only give up to 3 written warnings, and then the employee will be suspended or terminated. Verbal warnings do not affect your raise unless you receive a second verbal warning for the same situation. All written warnings will affect your annual raise according to your job description by 1% for each written warning.
