Background 15 Antimicrobial Pharmacists working in Wales Correspond via E-mail but no formalised group Teleconference held in June 2014 Same goal but Health Board specific approaches Forum needed for sharing of best practice and introduction of an All-Wales approach to Antimicrobial Stewardship Background

Inaugural Meeting Held on the 18th of September 2014 Good attendance with representation from all Health Boards Video-link utilised Inaugural Meeting

Committee Establishment Membership: all Antimicrobial Pharmacists working within Welsh Health Boards Chair – Julie Harris Secretary- Kailey Sassi-Jones Rotational on a 12-24 month basis Meeting frequency: Every 4 months Additional Membership?
