Lighting Charge Description Flight movement (landing or take-off separately) Calculation ₩ (Won : Korean currency) - Lighting charge shall be levied upon the aircraft taking off or landing, on provision of lighting that shall be determined by Air Traffic Control Tower or the pilot of the aircraft on demand. AIRPORT SERVICE CHARGES 1. Heating/Cooling Charge Description The bills are charged for using heating/cooling system to maintain proper temperatures at fourteen airports that are operated by KAC. Calculation The rates are set annually • Billing period: month • Usage charge = Monthly unit price X area of the premises *Seasonal rate are determined based on the amount of bills from the previous year 2. Electricity Charge Description The bills are charged for using electricity at fourteen airports that are operated by KAC. Calculation Billing period: month Usage charge = electric bill X 18.8% 3. Communication Line Maintenance Charge Description The bills are charged for using communication and internal lines at fourteen airports that are operated by KAC. Calculation The rates are set annually Billing period: month Usage charge (2019) Average annual inflation rates are applied Standard cost- communication line usage charge Standard cost- internal line usage charge ₩ 1,277 ₩ 3,887

Wastewater Reclamation and Reusing System Charge Description The bills are charged for using wastewater reclamation and reusing system at fourteen airports that are operated by KAC. Calculation Billing period: month Usage charge = Usage amount X rate Rate = rate of the previous year X water rate increase of city of Seoul 5. Sewage Purification Charge Description The bills are charged for using the purification facilities of KAC airports Calculation The rates are set annually Billing period: month Usage charge = Usage amount X rate Rate = sewerage usage rate set by local government 6. Aircraft Sewage Disposal Charge Description The bills are charged for using the aircraft sewage disposal facilities of KAC airports Calculation Billing period: month Usage charge = Amount of aircraft sewage disposal X rate Rate = rate of the previous year X rate increase set by Seoul Metropolitan City

Refueling Charge Description The bills are charged to airlines and oil companies for the amount of fuel used from the aircraft fuel tanks at KAC airports. Aircraft De-icing Pad Charge Description The bills are charged by flight frequency during winter for using the facilities designed to prevent environmental pollution arising from airside de-icing work at KAC airports. Calculation The rates are set annually Billing period: month Usage charge = total annual input costs X flight frequencies by airlines during recent winter season Gimpo Airport: Grant exclusive rights to airlines by district, and impose the total input costs of each district to the users 12. Noise Abatement Charge Description The bills are charged for using the noise abatement facilities for aircraft engines at KAC airports. Calculation The rates are set annually Billing period: month Airlines under agreement: usage charge = total annual input costs divided by the flight frequencies of the previous year Airlines not under agreement : usage charge=usage times X rate Usage Charge 2017 2018 2019 Airlines not under agreement ₩2,288,660 ₩1,708,718

Common-Use Check-in Counter Charge and Common-Use Terminal Equipment Charge Description The bills are charged for using the public check-in counter at KAC airports. Self-Bag drop Charge Description The bills are charged for using Self-Bag drop System at KAC airports. Calculation Billing period: month Usage charge = number of passengers X (Basic fee – discount based on previous month usage rate) Month usage Rate = previous month’s number of passengers ÷ pervious month’s total number of commercial passengers × 100% Discounts will be applied starting from 2020 Usage rate Below 10% 10% ~ 15% 15% ~ 20% More than 20% Discount KRW0 KRW50 KRW100 KRW150 Comment In 2019, if the usage rate of the previous month is 8% or higher, KRW300 is discounted
