NOTE: White areas represent persons without significant lifetime alcohol-related problems (SMAST score <3). Within the white areas: No alcohol or drug use, no alcohol use within past year, no drug use; Normal alcohol use, alcohol use without repeated binge drinking, drinking and driving, or drug use; Risky alcohol use, self-reported binge drinking (≥2) or driving after drinking, but no drug use; Drug use, drug use with no alcohol use in at least 1 year; Alcohol and drug, current alcohol and drug use.
