Contributing to the Literature Janet Salmons, PhD
You contribute to the literature by sharing your design & process as well as findings
Write about your design– how and why you designed it. Your rationale and supporting literature can provide the basis for a formal article or an informal blog post or short piece for a newsletter or professional publication. Your personal story as a researcher and the reasons you are interested in this research question could be the basis for informal writing.
Write about your methods and how you used technology. Too often articles give inadequate attention to the process the researcher used to achieve results. Other researchers will be interested to know how you used innovative and emerging online methods.
