Week Nine, Day Three Novel Unit: The Tale of Despereaux Fourth Grade ELA Week Nine, Day Three Novel Unit: The Tale of Despereaux This session will be recorded for learning purposes.  Learning purposes include: a lesson review for students who are absent, students who want to review for a test, etc. and will be distributed for learning purposes.

Daily Review RL 4.2 Summarize story events What did the Mouse Council vote upon in Chapter 38? a. Whether or not they should be forgiven for sending Despereaux to the dungeon. b. Whether or not Despereaux should forgive Lester. c. Whether or not they had seen a ghost who told them to repent. 2. What is Despereaux planning to use the red thread for? He wants to use it to find his way through the dungeon. He know Princess Pea is always losing hers. He wants to tie more thread around his neck. Ask students to use their polling tools to respond.
