3D Teams – Data Driven Decisions Presentation by Martin Warren Elementary Warrensburg R-VI School District (660) 747-7160

What Do We Want Our Students to Know? Collaborative Teams Design Pacing Guide Are you following GLEs or CCSS? Make sure teams are specific Begin with a big idea, but drill it down What do your common assessments look like? Are the questions really following the pacing guide? Link to Common Assessment Goes Here

How will we know when they have learned it? Design a pre-test as a team. It doesn’t have to be long and tedious. Gather baseline data. Link to Pre-test Goes Here

What will we do when they don’t learn it? An item analysis is completed for unit exams. Each team member chooses an area of expertise. Students are divided into areas of need. Each team member teaches a specific area for those students. Duration: 3-5 days

What Do We Do When They Already Know It? We all have those students who have mastered the skills. Enrichment Groups Peer Teaching for Struggling Students

Data, Data, Data Collaborative Work Grant Data Submitted to DESE What does this mean to teachers?

Questions?? Where do you begin? What if it doesn’t work? Do teachers feel overwhelmed? How do you support teachers as an administrator or instructional coach? How do you involve everyone?
