File Share File Share is new functionality, accessible on the I-Hub Home page, in the Links section. You can securely share files with clients and other ADP Implementation associates within I-Hub, rather then sending files via email. File Share (Continued) File Share enables a user to perform the following: Search for files, as well as sort and view Upload, download, and delete files Maximum file size is 50 megabytes. Files are scanned for viruses upon upload. Project Files Share Page Once you click File Share on the I-Hub Home page, you can view and search for project information on the Project Files Share page. Only the projects with a Client ID are enabled with a hyperlink and have file share capability. The hyperlink indicates that this company has a Client ID. These are companies without Client IDs. Use File Category to search for an ADP, Company, or an Employee file. File Share Page After you select the project with a Client ID, the File Share page is displayed. In the Project Files Search section, there are six fields you can use to search for uploaded files. You can also open and save files from this page. Use File Category to search for an ADP, Company, or an Employee file. Click the uploaded file name to open it, or to save it to any destination. File Share Page (Continued) When you need to upload a file, select Upload to navigate to the Upload Files page. When you need to delete an uploaded file, select the check box next to the file name and select Delete. [Developer: Use this slide as the first slide in every new topic.]
Upload Files Page After you select Upload, the Upload Files page is displayed. You can upload one file at a time to these categories: ADP Files – only accessible by ADP users Company Files – accessible by ADP and client users Employee Files – accessible by ADP and client users Browse for the file you want to upload and select a file category. File Access Privileges File Share provides three file access privilege levels: File Access Privilege Level Provides ADP User Access to all files in all file categories (i.e. ADP Files, Company Files, and Employee Files) Client Security Master Access to all files in the Company and Employee categories Client Product User Access to all files that have been uploaded to the Company and Employee categories Access to files that have been granted to this user by ADP [Developer: Use this slide as the first slide in every new topic.]
Uploading Files as an ADP User When you upload a file to the ADP Files category as an ADP user, you can: Select which project team member(s) should receive a file upload notification email. Share files with ADP users. [Developer: Use this slide as the first slide in every new topic.]
Uploading Files as an ADP User (Continued) When you upload a file to the Company Files or Employee Files categories: You have an option to select the Product Users who should have access to the files and receive a file upload notification email. Client Practitioner iSI/Security Management Services Registration Client Practitioners must be registered in iSI/Security Management Services to access and view files in File Share.
