What are we learning about this year? American History Emphasis in Geography Colonization - The Civil War Colonization, The Revolutionary War, A New Nation, Westward Expansion, The Civil War Economic, Political and Social Issues How to be Responsible Citizens

Focus on Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening Textbook Primary Sources and Secondary Sources Writing Warm-up and Exit Writing In Class Assignments Projects – including research essay Speaking Presentations, debates, discussions, etc. Listening During Instruction Presentations

Our Goals For This Year Our classroom goal for this year will be to have an average of 80% on our unit post-assessments. What are some action steps we can do to achieve this?
