Filling out the Annual Report Online The Annual Report must be submitted through the NPDES eReporting Tool (NeT) unless you have obtained an electronic reporting waiver See the MSGP Section 7.1 for more details on waivers https://www.epa.gov/sites/production/files/2015- 10/documents/msgp2015_parts1-7.pdf The following slides describe the process for submitting the Annual Report online

CDX Log in to your CDX account at: cdx.epa.gov

CDX To access the MSGP program service: Click on your associated Role located next to the NETEPAMSGP program service name

Select MSGP annual report On the MSGP landing page, click on the “Actions” drop-down list next to the facility and click “Manage Annual Report(s)”

Create Annual Report Click on “Create Annual Report” Make sure you click on the correct year for which you would like to report by clicking on the drop-down menu next to “create annual report” button

Annual Report Click on “Continue” to create a draft report Make sure you clicked on the correct year

Annual Report After clicking on Continue, you will receive a “Success” pop-up message stating you have created a draft Annual Report Click “Continue” to access report

Certify Annual Report Certify Annual Report by clicking on “Certify Form” Click Next

Certify Annual Report A pop-up message will appear Read Statement Click “Accept” to certify form

Annual Report certification Electrically sign to complete Annual Report certification

Annual Report certification A pop-up message will appear stating you have certified your form

Annual Report Completed You will receive an email notification attached with a Copy of Record (COR) of your report once you have completed your Annual Report
