Total Ownership Experience Improve Application Performance Expand Business Process Testing / Integration Continually Reduce Backlog This slide represents more detail on our total ownership experience initiative. We our evaluation our application to ensure the highest level performance. With our increase time we will expand testing both in duration as well as focus on business process testing to ensure thorough integration. We will focus on increasing customer satisfaction by fixing standard items that have been logged by our customers. We will add functionality that is critical in nature such as some new expenses functionality. We will improve the user experience by utilizing our user experience lab to conduct studies and fix usability issues. We will focus on ensuring that upgrades as well as maintenance are easier as well as more cost effective for our customers. Finally, we will spend time to ensure our documenattion is as accurate and complete as possible.
