Clarifying reflection of how goal impacted individual/team in the CIP. 1.Revise U3C1L3N to teach development of a timeline; identifies & illustrates how to establish a timeline; identify & define components with examples 2. Revise U3C10L2 (Goals & Goal Setting) to reflect the SMART goal process 3. Revise U3C1L3N to differentiate between impact of CIP versus individual staff duties Teaching/Learning Strategies Recommendations to HQ JROTC 1.Practical Exercise: Scenario ex-fitness goal.
