Youth Athletic Association Meeting – Spring 2016 December 1st 2015

What is Required as a YAA? Team Rosters (Listing Participants & Zip Codes & Listing of all Coaches’ contact information) - Deadline is March 16th. League Participant Fees(Fee Structure Per Team)*See page 6 of Permit for due date* - Payment (check) can be mailed to: Attention to Karli Taylor 179 Dillard Rd Duncan SC 29334 - Credit cards are accepted via Rec1. Provide field schedule - All practices, games, tournaments & events must be included. - Deadline is one full week before fields are needed. Complete list of board of directors, copy of by-laws & articles of incorporation -Deadline is January 31st. Emergency Action Plan which includes participant accident reporting procedures. Copy of Liability Insurance listing Spartanburg County as additionally insured - Must be submitted by February 9th or prior to the start of practices. YAA FACILITY PERMIT IS DUE BY January 31st 2016.

Scheduling and Locations 295 Sports Complex Fields B will be utilized for Converse College Softball Practices. Fields A, C, and D will be utilized for Adult Softball. Field C may or may not be available. Tyger River Stadium will be utilized for Converse College Softball Home games. On days Converse does not utilize the Stadium, youth groups can utilize the field. (I will provide the dates for the Home Converse dates) The first day practices can start is February 8th. Each YAA is allowed only one (1) fundraising event (tournament, clinic, or camp). All game cancellations will made via www.rainedout.com by 4pm.
