For : teenagers nowdays are more free to express their opinions because public platforms for teenagers to express their thoughts, creativity e.g. youth campaigns, Noise Media is catered to teenage the market and therefore, encourage their voice e.g. MTV Education is challenging their ability to take part in decision making e.g. School policies

less free to express their opinions... Rebuttal : teenagers nowdays are less free to express their opinions... History of Student riots and protest But today's government is more stable for encouraging teenage opinions.
