Works Contract Construction of WWTP Targovishte Commencement Date: 15th May 2007 Completion Date: 14th December 2011 Physical Execution: 100 % Financial Execution: 99 % (actually paid 84 % following retaining of so-called ‘Retention Money’ and deduction of ‘Delay Damages’)

Rehabilitation of main sewers in Targovishte town, construction of sewerage and re-construction of water-supply networks in Vabbel Quarter, north of Al. Stamboliiski str. Commencement Date: 18th December 2009 Completion Date: 21st January 2011 Physical Execution: 100 % construction works (95 % compared to initial figures, but actually 100 % executed) Financial Execution: 93,6 %
