Concentration What is the central idea of your concentration? I have chosen to take the selection of pictures that I did because they all emphasize how us humans stereotype each other in our everyday lives. Before taking these photos I physically painted each of my models with several symbols that highlight things about people that others may not know. How does the work in your concentration demonstrate the exploration of your idea? You may refer to specific images. Indicate picture numbers. The work that is included in my concentration demonstrates this idea. My collection demonstrates this because of the different emotions that the symbols painted on my models convey. For example the idea of image 3 is to highlight the muscular side of my model, who is a ballerina. Before taking this image I physically painted on the arm of my model, I painted several muscles I her arm. By doing this the muscular side of a ballerina, which many people don’t see at first is meant to be emphasized to further prove wrong the typical stereotype of a ballerina.
