WENT TO CATCH MYSELF AND INJURED MY ARM PER TELEPHONE- I WAS WALKING THROUGH THE BAR, AND I WAS GOING TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK, AND I SLIPPED ON THE WET FLOOR AND I BLACKED OUT. PER TELEPHONE- I WAS WALKING THROUGH THE BAR, AND I WAS GOING TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK, AND I SLIPPED ON THE WET FLOOR AND I BLACKED OUT.
