Eligibility Requirements Must have a substance abuse diagnosis Women who have four or less children under the age of 12 Must be abstinent for at least 3 to 6 months Must agree to attend treatment sessions Must agree to adhere to a self-sufficiency plan Must meet all Lumberton Housing Authority qualifications
