Additional Notes: Transfer of knowledge is your club’s responsibility “Because sponsorship entails the above uses of campus property as well as approved use of the University and School name, actions of sponsored groups reflect on UC Berkeley and the Haas School of Business. Therefore, sponsored organizations should expect a close advisory relationship with the undergraduate program office. In addition, organizations are not to conduct academic advising sessions or events. In no way may they assert that membership will guarantee or increase chances of admission to the Haas Undergraduate program, as this would be a false statement.” Sponsored groups that offer consulting projects or related services to external clients may not claim to provide services on behalf of the University or the Haas School of Business.
