Proposal for 2019 Mammography Education Symposium Improve and standardize mammography positioning in Newfoundland and Labrador Educate technologist leaders to continue to train and support mammography technologists throughout the province Train The Trainer program (T3)

Proposal for 2019 Mammography Education Symposium Mammography Educators, University of California San Diego Founded by Louise Miller and Amy Chatten in 2013 Extensive clinical and administrative experience in all aspects of breast imaging focusing on establishing high-quality, consistent methods of breast imaging Provide mammography positioning training, Train-the-Trainer programs, mammography conferences Mission is to develop high-quality, consistent methods for breast imaging Mammography Educators seeks to standardize mammography positioning in Newfoundland, and in turn, improve image quality and breast cancer detection rates across the province.
