He/She likes to run. ¿Do you like to run? ¿Does he/she like to run? To say someone doesn’t like something, use no before the phrase. No me gusta correr. No le gusta correr. I don’t like to run. He/She doesn’t like to run.
The verb gustar with singular and plural nouns. To express your likes and dislikes, use the expression (no) me gusta + el/la + [singular noun] or (no) me gustan + los/las + [plural noun].
