How will you be assessed? … 30% Final Summatives 2-3 Summative Tests EQAO (2 days in class before exams) Final Exam
What supplies do I need? … 2”-3” Binder (VERY BIG) Scientific Calculator (we sell one for $5) Pencils with Erasers You do NOT need a compass set!
Applied vs. Academic … The same material is taught in both classes; Academic moves at a slightly faster pace; Academic students can expect 20-30 minutes of homework/night; Locally Developed is designed to fill in the gaps for students at a grade 4-6 level in math. Work ethic is often the biggest factor! You are capable of anything you are willing to work towards!
