Our Legacy Programs Created by US Foods for the healthcare operator Provides a comprehensive approach to foodservice cost management Provides tools for customers to manage many of the services they offer Focuses on the key cost drivers in the operation Helps our customers identify opportunities to achieve their service delivery and customer satisfaction goals We SUPPORT healthcare through our SYNERGY® portfolio because… It was created by healthcare foodservice customers of U.S. Foodservice® It provides a comprehensive approach to cost management - treating the foodservice financial statement just like it was a Profit and Loss statement in a for profit setting. Provides tools for customers to manage many of the services they offer Focuses on the key cost drivers in the operation such as food, supply and labor Customer identify opportunities that they want to achieve in service delivery and customer satisfaction areas. U.S. Foodservice® healthcare staff serve as a facilitators to help the customer determine priorities and put plans in place to that help the customer maintain or lower cost without sacrificing satisfaction. Many of the programs that we have were developed by customer focus groups and have been utilized by foodservice operators for several years because they are successful.

To Drive Down Costs, You Have To Take A Total System Approach At U.S. Foodservice®, we believe you have to take a total systems approach to cost management that encompasses procurement, revenues, labor and much more.
