RDML Vinci, Commander NMSC Intro / Comments This week, as we focus on the operational capabilities needed, remember, that we are doing this to enable our Sailors and Marines to meet their operational taskings From the highest levels of our services, there is no appetite for redundant expenditure of resources To remain a viable entity, we must improve the Return on Investment in all we do The foundation of where we are going is built upon a standardized, sound, customer focused & measurable process It is the operational requirements that drive medical capabilities that result in Solutions At NMSC, we have contracted Booz Allen Hamilton who has several people working at various levels in JCIDS (the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System) to bring Paul Talwar, a consultant, a retired Navy Supply Corps Captain with experience to include several joint tours, to help us design and implement the Vanguard Process.
