Employer Champion Good afternoon, Mr. Lee.  My name is Roger Case, and I am member of the Rutherford Works Construction Council. The purpose of this Council is to implement a program to develop a workforce within the trades of the construction industry in Rutherford County and greater Middle Tennessee region to support the anticipated high growth over the next ten years within the construction industry.  We are working with many local employers, as well as local high schools and colleges to help develop this program.   Construction is not the only industry seeing a shortage of labor.  We have five other councils with the same objective as ours. Health Care Information Technology Supply Chain Manufacturing Management Here is a link to the website for more information.    https://rutherfordworks.com/ There are several leaders and members of these councils who are working very hard in developing this program.  We would very much appreciate a meeting with you concerning these efforts.  I look forward to hearing from you.
