Sherry Holmes GREAT

By the end of Marking Period 1, I will create W, I, C, O, R activities, classwork, homework, and/or assessments and utilize them weekly in the AVID classroom. This will be measured by creating documents to support my goal and sharing them with others.

One responsibility that I will do weekly is to attend my Yoga classes at my gym. I paid for a monthly membership and want to make sure I stay healthily, fit and Also get my money’s worth.

I will earn an effective rating when I get observed by the vice-principal. I will make sure my lesson plans are complete and turned in on time. Helping students with new knowledge and engaging my students with a purpose will allow me to become more effective in my job.

I will positively display optimism this marking period I will positively display optimism this marking period. Having confidence and hopefulness when looking at a task or situation will instill a more successful outlook in my mind.
