Service Schedules February 2015 Webinar: Interval Service Schedules & ___---[>> ’Interval’ Scheduling <<]---___ These schedules will look at a work order’s completed date to start counting any time interval (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly) - These schedules will also trigger work orders to be created when a defined Mileage, Hours Run, or Pumpage for that asset is met. - Build it as a template in Asset Management, and use it as both a Work Order template and Service Schedule template. If the name you’re looking for doesn’t appear in the list provided, it’s because he/she isn’t in your staff list yet! 3 CCR Information Answer a couple of general questions about the CCR, like board meeting details. 4 Define Tables Organize how your sampling results will appear on the CCR. 5 Contaminants & Locations Decide which contaminants sampled at certain sample sites should be included.
