Four types of integration Career center provides formal academic advisement Bringing business community into the classroom Career course or workshop series Career activities within the classroom Career does advising 13% Career course or series 40% Guest speakers 43% Career activities varies

Academic advisement “We are likely moving to a “hybrid” model in which our career advisors will also take on the role of student success advisors— meaning we will combine the student advisor and career advisor position to demonstrate the link between program choice, personal strengths and interest with career. Career advisors believe they are doing this work anyway, and our student success advisors feel they could benefit from more career training.” Only 13%
